ALQUERNAT LIVOL
DESCRIPTION
ALQUERNAT LIVOL is a specialty based on plants with a high content of pronutrients (poliphenoles, essential oils and triterpenos) that improve the physiological condition of the animal, promoting the hepatic detoxification and using its oxidation inhibiting action, resulting in a productivity improvement.
TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
The liver is a multifunctional organ with particular importance in the synthesis of the body´s own proteins with the absorbed aminoacids in the intestine. In poultry and pig stock of high productivity this liver function becomes relevant as its deterioration could affect growth, laying and even the immune response capacity to vaccines and diseases. To preserve the hepatic physiology it is necessary to combine two actions:
- Prevent fat excesses and control the presence of hepatoxic substances like micotoxins, free radicals and other toxins.
- Increase the levels of pyridoxine (B6); pantothenic acid; biotin; mesoinositole, choline and some other pronutrients in the feed.
The liver defensor pronutrients present in plants have an antioxidation effect, blocking the free radicals and inhibiting the enzyme lipooxigenase. Moreover, they promote hepatic regeneration.
They belong to the group of substances known as flavonoides and silimarines.
INDICATIONS AND SPECIES
