FORMULA:  Ivermectin 1 g, excipients q.s. ad 100 mL.

THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS: Treatment and control of internal parasitosis (gastrointestinal and pulmonary nematodes or “ichu curu”) and mange (“uma usa”) in alpacas. Its spectrum includes: Nematodirus spp., Lamanema chavezi, Trichostronglylus spp., Cooperia spp., Dyctiocaulus filaria, Sarcoptes scabiei var. Aucheniae, among many other internal and external parasites.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Subcutaneous injectable route. The dose is 200 micrograms/kg of weight, which in practice is equivalent to 1 mL/50 kg body weight.

COMMERCIAL PRESENTATION: Glass vial of 10 mL, glass vial of 20 mL, glass vial of 50 mL, glass vial of 100 mL, glass vial of 250 mL, glass vial of 500 mL.
