I would like to know if they have data of agroindustrial waste in Colombia (tons per year, type of waste, etc), or if they know where I can acquire this type of information. I thank them their help.

in general, these agroindustrial by-products, and if they are of the process of fruits, are they of high fiber content, since in general they do constitute it shells and pepas, have we had the opportunity to work with by-products like mango pepa, mango precáscara, guava pepa, pepa of Moorish, lulo pepa, maracuyá shell, maracuyá pepa. Their application has been bigger in ruminant, with very good results. The inclusion level in swinish is low due to its carcterísticas that is very different to use waste fruit that is of better quality.
We have a procesadora of juices close.

My question is for Oscar Julián Arroyave.
Did he/she want to know if I could enlarge the information a little on the use of the maracuyá pepa in the feeding of bovine?

he/she would Be appreciated they gave information on how to chop the mango shell with everything and seed.
He/she wanted that they advised me since I have tried to mill the mango with seed and I have not been able to, since the process is not efficient, the mango becomes soggy and only some how many seeds are milled.
At the moment, besides not taking advantage of the seed, I have the problem that the livestock regurgitates the seed, and for this reason the organic payment that I obtain of the feedlot is not of the best quality.
The mill with which I count is a hammer mill, and I don't get the wanted results.
Should probably use a special mill or some other method. I thank the information that I can facilitate in this respect.

excellent results are obtained with the shell and maracuyá seed in ruminant. He/she also has good palatabilidad, and therefore it is very felt like by the livestock.
A while ago I have noticed in a lot of crossed animals with European races (simmental, brown Swiss and branwich) that the digestion is different. The other lots have won cebuínos, and in these lots the corrals are drier. Will it be that the digestion is different between cebuínos and these other crossed animals of European races?
