01- INTELLIGENT EGG CANDLING MACHINE WITH REMOVAL OR MARKING OF UNWANTED EGGS

Detecting module for clear eggs, missing eggs, dead or live embryos.
Very flexible system working with all kind of trays and birds.
For eggs from 9 to 18 days.
One module to remove the Clear Eggs.
The vacuum cup head releases the clears gently onto a collection conveyor placed between the two set of removal heads.
One module to remove heavily contaminated eggs.
The removal could be done together or separately of the clear eggs.
Automated removal or marking of clear eggs and dead embryos
Non traumatic for embryos.
Fast and quiet system.
Robust equipment but easy to manipulate.
